When was the "Darkest Hour" of your 2020?
Estimated time required: 20 min
This is part of the 20 questions to close 2020 series.
Let's go back to the phases you defined for your year in the first question of the series. When would you consider as the lowest point, the "Darkest Hour", of the year?
It could be a moment, a day, a week, or even an entire phase.
Some people define the lowest point as the moment when they were paralyzed by problems and challenges. Others consider it as a period during which their confidence level hit rock bottom. Or maybe it's a period when multiple unexpected events occured, which is like the case for most of us during this eventful year.
Some may consider the period when they were in a state of "limbo" as the darkest hour. It is the period when all directions at work, or even in life, were lost. During such period they may get caught in a state of helplessness and lack of motivation.
No matter which case that was, try to think about and re-live that moment. What were the key incidents? How did you feel during that period?
Do you still feel strongly about your Darkest Hour? Has there been any change in emotions?
Capture the emotions that accompany this exercise, and we would continue reflecting on your Darkest Hour in the coming few days.
