20 questions to close 2020

Anyone in the world would agree that 2020 is quite an end of a decade. Unexpected changes became the new norm. Our lifestyle, the way we work, and how we make career decisions have changed tremendously.


From now till the first day of 2021, we will be sharing 20 questions that help you make sense of what happened this year, recognize what you achieve and learned and prepare for challenges ahead in 2021.


While each question may only take you 15-20 minutes to reflect on (some of them may take longer), we suggest you to spare a few minutes before jumping into each question.


Try to focus on your breath and clear your mind.


Do a mindful exercise if you could. Try this exercise led by the "father of mindfulness" if you need help. You would notice how amazing it is to bring your focus back to yourself.

  15. What would threaten your path to success?

  16. How would you define success in 2021?

  17. What habits could help you maximize advantages and leverage opportunities?

  18. How would you prepare for pitfalls coming your way?

  19. How could you gather the necessary support?
